Mascot of 2011 IIHF World Championship, Slovakia - Goooly the wolf, continues his successful tour of the semifinal playoff games of ice hockey Slovnaft league in Slovak ice hockey arenas.

After hishuge success in Košice, where he brought luck to Kosice in the first semifinal playoff game between HC Kosice and Dukla Trencin, he continued in his successful tour also in Poprad. Tuesday`s semifinal game between HK Poprad and HC`05 Banska Bystrica ended with a victory of home team. “Goooly came to Poprad after a great succes in Kosice. So there is a new rule which says: where is Gooly there are many goals in the game,”smiled Petr Handl, Head of Organizing Committee 2011 IIHF WM in Košice.

Mascot Goooly will also come to other cities as Trenčín and Banská Bystrica. You can see him on Friday in Trencin at the semifinal game between Dukla Trencin and HC Kosice. Then on Saturday in Banska Bystrica against HK Poprad.
