Ticket sales start on Monday 27th September at 11:00 a.m.
The long awaited launch of ticket sales for the 2011 IIHF World Championship, Slovakia (29.4. - 15.5.2011) is fast approaching. Sales commence Monday 27th September at 11:00 a.m.
Tickets can be purchased:
- Via the Internet from the championship’s website: http://2011.iihfworlds.com
- Via the official sales partner: www.ticketportal.sk (or ticketportal.cz, ticketportal.pl, ticketportal.hu)
- In more than 250 Ticketportal ticket outlets in Slovakia
- In Ticketportal outlets in other countries: The Czech republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia and from October in Russia and Belarus

In the first phase Round tickets and Event passes will be available. Buyers will be able to reserve a maximum of 6 ticket packages each. Reservation will be valid for 7 days. Tickets can be paid for by the internet or in person within the reservation period at Ticketportal outlets.
The price for Round tickets - Preliminary Round package in Bratislava is 273 Euros (category 1) and 201 Euros (category 2), in Košice a package of 6 tickets for the Preliminary Round costs 273 Euros (cat. 1) and 150 euros (cat. 2).
