CALGARY – The Slovak U20 national team registered three more players to complete its roster consisting of three goalkeepers, eight defencemen and 12 forwards.

Coach Ernest Bokros added defencemen Peter Bezuska (Ocelari Trincec, CZE), Peter Ceresnak (Petersborough Petes, OHL) and Martin Gernat (Edmonton Oil Kings, WHL) prior to Slovakia’s first game at the 2012 IIHF World Junior Championship against Latvia.

Also good news from the Swedish camp. Defenceman Petter Granberg has been nursing a sore foot and the Swedish management decided not to register him for the opener against Latvia on Tuesday. But Granberg looked good during Wednesday’s practice which means that he will likely be registered prior to Wednesday’s game vs. Switzerland. If so, Sweden’s roster will be complete.
