ZURICH – The IIHF has announced the schedule of the European Qualification for the 2013 IIHF InLine Hockey World Championship in Dresden, Germany.

Eight teams for the Top Division and six teams for the Division I tournaments are already known while two Division I spots are open for qualifiers.

The first qualification tournament will be played 3-5 August in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia and includes teams from Europe with Bulgaria, Turkey, FYR Macedonia, and as a new entry Latvia.

Another qualification tournament for teams from other continents will be played later during the 2012/2013 season. The venue, dates and participants will be announced at a later stage.
