MANNHEIM – The Swiss national team has completed its roster by adding Björn Christen as its last player.
Christen could enter the line-up tonight against Sweden, a game that will decide first place in Group F.
The 30-year-old forward from EV Zug will appear in his third World Championship. He previously played in 2002 and 2003. He also participated in the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.
Christen posted a career-high 40 points (17+23) in 62 games in the Swiss National League A this year.
All teams participating in the quarterfinals, apart from Denmark, have now filled their rosters with 25 players. Denmark can still register one more player.
