Macau-Kuwait (April 1)

Macau 2 - Kuwait 2

In the last game of the day, Macau seemed to have the better start after its first victory by getting in lead after six minutes of play and hold on to through the first period by sending their top players onto the ice. Kuwait, having won its previous game against Singapore, patiently kept on coming closer and closer on Macau's goal eventually scoring the equalizer with a slapshot from the blueline with two minutes remaining in the second period. In the third period, Kuwait continued to put pressure on Macau's defence and was able to create some good scoring chances, but it was Macau which took the lead after a counter-attack with ten minutes to go in the game. Persistence in driving towards the net paid off for Kuwait four minutes later when it got the equalizer with a backhander placed nicely past the goalie to make it a 2-2 final score.
