There was only honour at stake in the second game of the day with Hong Kong already having confirmed their title and Kuwait having lost their chances for a medal in the tournament. Hong Kong’s Donald Tse, Jasper Tang and Yin Man Chan again took the responsibility in scoring with the line setting up the 3-0 lead after the first half of the game. With power play goals from Yannick Wong, Julian Ma and Jasper Tang, Hong Kong was ahead with six goals before Abdulaziz Shtail opened up the score for Kuwait for a final score of 6-1.
