Why have you joined AMP? I joined the Coach Mentor program to be a part of the continued progress of the game of women’s hockey on the international level. I have a true passion for women’s ice hockey and sports leadership. I believe that learning the game as a player and a coach is an infinite process. As a coaching member of USA Hockey, a leader in the sport, I hope to provide support to coaches of other federations and work together to help those groups enhance their own leadership skills and apply them to their team concepts.  Ultimately, anything I am able to provide from my own experience to better those around me will also foster my own continued growth as a coach and leader.
