Thailand - Hong Kong 5-7

The second game of the day was another game most probably contributing to the medal ranking in the tournament. Thailand came out strong getting a 3-0 lead during the first 20 minutes of play with goals from Chanchieo Supadilokluk, Tewin Chartsuwan and Teerasak Rattanachot. Hong Kong started to go after Thailand’s lead in the second period cutting the gap with a goal Arthur Tam at 23:01. With Likit Neimwan scoring for Thailand and Donald Tse for Hong Kong, it was 4-2 going into the last period. A second goal from Tse at 41:07 and the equalizer by Jasper Tang at 50:10 gave Hong Kong the momentum to turn the game around in the last period. With goals from Yin Man Chan (2) and Bernard Fung it went on to a 7-5 win. Thailand’s last goal was scored by Vorravith Maklamthong.
