1 year until PyeongChang

Olympic Qualification enters final stage

In exactly one year the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games will begin in Korea.

The men’s and women’s ice hockey tournaments will be played at the coastal venues in the city of Gangneung where ice hockey test events will take place in early April with the Division II Group A tournaments in the women’s and in the men’s U18 category.

Today is also the start of the last stage in Olympic Qualification. In Arosa, host Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Norway play for one Olympic ticket and in Tomakomai, host Japan, Germany, Austria and France battle for the other remaining ticket of the Olympic women’s ice hockey tournament.
