ZURICH-KLOTEN – Slovakia has added goaltender Jaroslav Halak to its roster for this afternoon’s game against Belarus in Kloten. Halak played for the Montreal Canadiens this year. His only other appearance at the senior level came at the 2007 World Championship when he played two games (one win, one loss) and Slovakia finished sixth.

Belarus has added veteran defenceman Alexander Makritsky to its roster. Makritsky plays for Dynamo Minsk. He has represented Belarus up from the C World Championships into the top division.
