COLOGNE/MANNHEIM – All teams had to announce their rosters at the directorate meetings on Thursday (Gelsenkirchen) and Friday (Cologne, Mannheim). However, not all teams have unveiled all secrets of their game-day rosters yet, as only a minimum roster of 15 skaters and two goalkeepers needed to be registered.
For the Preliminary Round, the teams can register up to 20 skaters and three goalkeepers. The teams can add two additional players after preliminary-round play.
Switzerland added five players to their “minimum roster” with goalkeeper Daniel Manzato, defenceman Timo Helbling and forwards Paolo Duca, Nino Niederreiter and Kevin Romy before tonight’s game against Latvia. Other teams are expected to register more players, too.
All registered players are published in the Statistics section. Player profiles will be published soon.
