Rollins moves up

New coach for Norway’s women’s national team

OSLO – Laura Rollins, who was coaching the U18 women’s national team for the last four years, was named head coach of the senior women’s national team for the upcoming two seasons.

Rollins was born in Canada and studied in Vierumaki, Finland, before moving to Norway where she has been working in Stavanger in youth hockey and coaching the club’s women’s team.

Rollins will also be responsible for the Norwegian girls’ team at the 2016 Winter Youth Olympic Games on home ice in Lillehammer.
