The games the United Arab Emirates are forfeited (5-0) due to failing to register a minimum of 15 skaters and 2 goalkeepers in accordance with IIHF Bylaws 619.4 and 804.2.
However, the United Arab Emirates’ U20 national team may play exhibition games during the 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey U20 World Championship Division III. These games are played out of competition and do not count towards the standings of the 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey U20 World Championship Division III where all games of the United Arab Emirates are forfeited.
