The teams will register a minimum of 17 players (15 skaters, two goalkeepers) at the meeting of the tournament directorate. The official rosters will be published on IIHF.com on Thursday night.

The maximum number of players that can be registered is 22 skaters and three goalkeepers. Players can be added until two hours before a game throughout the tournament until the roster is full. 20 skaters and two goalkeepers from the roster can be dressed for a game.
