ZURICH-KLOTEN – The Czech Republic has added a sixth NHL player to its team with Tomas Plekanec.

The 26-year-old forward joins the team in Zurich after he lost in the first playoff round of the NHL with the Montreal Canadiens. It will be his fourth consecutive World Championship.

However, his teammate Roman Hamrlik will not come due to family reasons.
