Team USA stretched its winning streak to four games by thumping Canada 4-0. After a hard fought first period, the Americans opened the scoring early in the second period with a goal by Meghan Duggan, but Duggan was also named Player of the Game.  Team USA followed up with three unanswered goals to close out the period.

Canada went 0-for-3 on the power play, which included a 5-on-3 in the first period. Team USA was able to spread the scoring around with four different players hitting the net.
