The team staff for the High Performance Camp must all be part of the national Under-18 programs, it limits the opportunity to impact the leadership in the nations. To enable members of the senior national program, federation staff or people involved in high level women’s hockey around the world, the Observer Program with 40 participants will use the High Performance Camp as a visible example of elite program operations in addition to classroom seminars.
