Philipp Lahm

With his wonder goal in the opening game of the 2006 FIFA WC against Costa Rica he paved the way fort he „summer fairy tail“ (Sommermärchen) and with this showed, how a World Championship hosted in the own country can truly motivate even further. Therefore he is an ideal role model on our way to achieve a new “spring-feeling” within the German ice hockey.

Philipp Lahm plays for FC Bayern Munich, 63 international matches (by Novermber 18th 2009). His greatest achievements: 3. Place at the 2006 FIFA World Cup, 2. Place at Euro 2008, German Champion and German DFB Cup-Winner 2006 and 2008.
